Dennis Awe is an organ Virtuoso whose musical strengths encompass every area of good music entertainment, his credits read like those of at least a half dozen different performers all rolled into one. 

He served as a concert organist at St. Paul’s Methodist Church in New York for over 12 years. At just 16 years of age, Dennis started his Broadway career by becoming the musical director for America’s premier road show producers; The Parris Touring Company. He conducted “The King and I”, “Paint Your Wagon”, “Carousel”, “The Sound of Music”, “Gypsy”, “The Music Man”, and others. During the 50’s and 60’s he played with five famous Big Bands; Guy Lombardo, Sammy Kaye, Lester Lanin, Bob Crosby and the Bobcats and Clyde McCoy. Dennis was musical director for five years on WFYI on New York’s largest, live weekly radio show, “The Ray Heatherton Breakfast Club”. At age 22 he returned to the concert stage and he continues to travel throughout world, playing, entertaining and winning critics praise everywhere.

Dennis has extensive TV experience ranging from appearances on “The Ed Sullivan Show”, “Today Show”, and “The Tonight Show“.He has provided organ music for several soap operas and game shows. He has been acclaimed as America’s Number One Organ and DVD Concert Artist. One reviewer once wrote the “Fate could not have dealt Dennis a more appropriate surname, since he is truly and AWE-some performer!”.
